摘要
以石油焦粉为原料制备工业硅生产用碳质还原剂球团,研究了不同种类粘结剂腐植酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、水玻璃、淀粉A、淀粉C的含量对球团性能的影响。研究结果表明:分别以腐植酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、水玻璃为粘结剂制备的球团不能满足工业硅生产需求;分别以淀粉A、淀粉C为粘结剂制备的球团能满足工业硅生产需求。当以质量分数4.0%淀粉C作为粘结剂时,制备的球团性能最佳。
Petroleum coke is taken as the raw material for preparation of carbonaceous reducing agent pellets for industrial silicon production,it is studied the effect of different kinds of binding agents(the content of sodium humate,sodium lignin sulfonate,water glass,starch A and Starch C)on pellets performance.The study results show:the pellets separately prepared by sodium humate,sodium lignin sulfonate,water glass as the binding agent can not meet the production requirement of industrial silicon.Pellets separately prepared by starch A and starch C can meet the production requirement of industrial silicon.Pellets have the best performance when using starch C with 4.0%mass fraction as the binding agent.
