摘要
将鲸鱼算法(WOA)应用于以总缺水量最小和经济效益最大为目标的邢台市水资源优化配置模型中,结果显示邢台市各分区不同用水户总需水量26.94亿m^(3),总分配水量20.08亿m^(3),总缺水量6.86亿m^(3),缺水率25.4%,第一产业缺水量及缺水率均最大。求解结果体现了公平性原则,符合区域水资源开发利用实际,验证了WOA在求解水资源优化配置问题时的可行性。
The Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)is applied to the optimal allocation of water resources in Xingtai with the goal of minimum total water shortage and maximum economic benefit.The results show that the total water demand of different water users in each district is 26.94×10^(8)m^(3),the total allocated water is 20.08×10^(8)m^(3),the total water shortage is 6.86×10^(8)m^(3),and the water shortage rate was 25.4%.The lack of water is mainly concentrated in the primary industry.The results show the principle of fairness,which is in line with the actual situation of regional water resources development and utilization.It also verifies the feasibility of the whale optimization algorithm when solving water resources optimization problems.
