摘要
将赋权理论引入教育领域,对学生自主发展具有重要的启示意义。传统高校思政课课堂场域存在一定问题,主要表现为教师权力的独占性和学生权力的边缘化。赋权型高校思政课堂场域中,师生权力发生新转向。教师权力由“传统压制”转向“合理规训”,由“掌控支配”转向“赋予下放”,将部分权力让渡给学生,充分发挥学生主体价值。学生权力从“权力客体”转向“权力主体”,从“被动接受”转向“主动建构”,重塑权力观念,努力改变自身弱势地位。在坚持权责统一的基础上,师生权力相互作用、相互影响,促进思政课堂场域权力的平衡发展,共同推动高校人才培养质量的提高。
The introduction of empowerment theory into the field of education has important enlightening significance for studentsindependent development.There are some problems in the field of traditional ideological and political class in universities and colleges,which are mainly manifested in the monopoly of teacherspower and the marginalization of studentspower.In the field of traditional ideological and political class,the power distribution between teachers and students undergoes a new shift.Teacherspower has changed from“traditional repression”to“reasonable discipline”,from“control and domination”to“empowerment and decentralization”,transferring part of their power to students and giving full play to studentsvalue as subjects.Studentspower changes from“power object”to“power subject”,from“passive acceptance”to“active construction”,reshaping the concept of power and strive to change their weak position.On the basis of adhering to the unity of power and responsibility,the power distribution of teachers and students should be enacted on each other to promote the balanced development in the field of traditional ideological and political class and to jointly promote the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in universities and colleges.
