摘要
作为夏季降暑饮品,现制饮料一直深受人们的喜爱,然而受季节等各方面的影响,其微生物指标可能会超出国家安全标准范围,造成一定的安全隐患。本文对上海市某区餐饮持证经营户进行抽检,选择481件不同类型的饮品进行随机抽样。结果发现,有17件样品菌落总数不合格,不同种类的现制饮料所占比例均有显著差异(Χ^(2)=42.53,p<0.01)。
As a summer cooling drink,the prepared beverage has been deeply loved by teenagers and adults.However,due to the influence of seasons and other aspects,the microbial indexes of ready-made beverages may exceed the scope of national safety standards,resulting in certain potential safety hazards.The sampling inspection was conducted on the licensed catering operators in a district of Shanghai,and 481 drinks of different types were selected for random sampling.The results showed that the total number of colonies in 17 samples was unqualified,and the proportion of different kinds of ready-made beverages was significantly different(Χ^(2)=42.53,p<0.01).
