摘要
文章以山西晋中东山供水工程为例,进行了包括试验管道分段、试压压力、分段处封堵处理、管道充水、水压试验等在内的输水线路水压试验方案设计问题的分析探讨。结果表明,文章所提出的水压试验方案较为科学合理,能避免再次水压试验所造成的重复建设与投资,该水压试验方案已在山西晋中东山供水工程输水管道中得到成功应用。
Taking the Dongshan water supply project in Jinzhong City of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the design of hydraulic test scheme of water transmission line,including the test of pressure in subsection of the test pipeline and the hydraulic test of plugging at subsection of the test pipeline.The results show that the hydrostatic test scheme proposed in this paper is more scientific and reasonable,and can avoid the repeated construction and investment caused by the repeated hydrostatic test.The hydrostatic test scheme has been successfully applied in the water pipeline of Dongshan water supply project in Jinzhong,Shanxi Province.
