摘要
文章主要探究了发电机层楼板对风罩的约束以及蜗壳顶板的厚度对风罩、机墩与蜗壳顶板组成的整体结构的自振特性的影响,以国内某一水电站厂房为例,取其风罩、机墩、蜗壳顶板作为整体进行数值模拟计算其自振频率,通过分析比较得出:发电机层楼板对风罩的作用不可忽视,可以有效提高整体的刚度;随着蜗壳顶板厚度均匀增加,整体结构的自振特性在各阶呈现规律性变化。
In this paper,the constraint of the generator floor to the wind shield and the influence of the thickness of the volute roof on the natural vibration characteristics of the whole structure composed of the wind shield pier and the volute roof are studied.Taking a hydropower plant in China as an example,the fan housing,generator pier and the volute roof are used as a whole,to calculate the natural vibration frequency by numerical simulation,through analysis and comparison,it can be known that:the effect of the generator floor on the wind hood can not be ignored,and it can effectively improve the overall stiffness;with the uniform thickness of the volute roof,the natural vibration characteristics of the whole structure show regular changes in each order.
