城市摊位可视化管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 城市摊位管理不便日益成为制约地摊经济发展的重要因素之一,针对地摊分布不够集中,管理手段难以施展,城市资源共享性差,街区、摊位资源等难以得到合理调配等问题,通过实际调研与分析,提出并设计了一套城市摊位可视化管理系统。通过建立特色街区模型,将传统的流动式摆摊转换为相对固定的摆摊形式,利用手机、街区摄像头等获取实时信息,采用地图、数据分析等手段为管理人员提供一种可视化的、便捷的管理方式。系统由Web应用和微信小程序构成,基于模型-视图-控制器(MVC)开发模式设计,数据库使用MySQL搭建,摊位定位及特色街区展示基于高德地图应用程序编程接口(API)实现,数据可视化呈现利用Echarts框架实现。测试结果表明该套系统对街区和地摊信息进行了便捷化地管理和形象化地展示,能辅助城市管理人员解决摊位管理困难的问题,有效促进城市摊位管理的良好发展。 The inconvenience of city stalls management has increasingly become one of the primary factors to restrict the development of stall-economy.In view of the problems such as the lack of centralized distribution of city stalls,the difficulty of managements,the poor sharing of urban resources,and the difficulty of reasonable allocation of block and stall resources,a set of visual management system for city stalls is designed after a lot of actual investigations and analyses.Through establishing characteristic street model,the traditional mobile stalls are transformed into relatively fixed stalls.Besides,the real-time information is obtained by using mobile phones and street cameras,so a kind of visual and convenient management method is provided for managers through maps,data analysis and other means.Based on model-view-controller(MVC)development mode,the system is composed of website and wechat applet.Moreover,the system database is built with MySQL,the stall positioning and characteristic street display is realized through Gaode map application programming interface(API),and the data visualization is implemented with Echarts framework.The test results show that the system can conveniently manage and visualize the information of street blocks and stalls,which can help urban managers solve the problems in managing stalls and effectively promote the development of city stalls management as well.
