摘要
随着能源系统向分散化、低碳化和数字化转型,创新发展综合能源业务适应能源转型,已成为当下电网企业转型升级的首要任务。目前综合能源业务主要为电气联售、增值服务,电网公司具有的网络基础资源和用电数据优势尚未挖掘,亟待转变服务理念、布局能源业务,聚集核心竞争力。首先分析了国外激励综合能源业务发展的监管措施,并以欧洲10家不同的能源企业作为案例,分析了国外能源业务运营策略,然后提出了电网公司开展能源服务的方式以及业务布局策略,最后结合国外综合能源业务实践经验,给出了电网公司发展综合能源业务的建议。
With the energy system moving towards decentralization,low carbon and digital transformation,the primary task of power grid companies is to innovate and develop integrated energy business to adapt to the energy transition.At present,the integrated energy business mainly consists of electrical joint sales and value-added services.The power grid companies have not yet tapped the advantages of basic network resources and electricity data.It is urgent to change the service concept,deploy energy business,and gather core competitiveness.Firstly,foreign regulatory measures to stimulate the development of integrated energy business were analyzed,and 10 different energy companies in Europe were used as cases to analyze foreign energy business operation strategies.Then the way for grid companies to carry out energy services and business layout strategies are proposed.Finally,combined with the practical experience of foreign integrated energy business,the power grid company's proposal for the development of integrated energy business is put forward.
