摘要
数字化背景下,企业对财务共享服务型人才应具备的能力提出了新的要求。文章对当前数字化背景下的财务共享人才能力体系存在的问题进行了探究,发现目前财务共享服务型人才面临着专业知识融合能力不完善、职业技能操作能力待提高和职业道德判断能力需加强等方面问题,并基于数字化背景下财务共享服务型人才能力需求分析与构建,提出了财务共享服务型人才能力体系构建的办法。
Under the background of digitalization,enterprises have new requirements on the compe-tence of financial sharing service talents.This paper explores the problems existing in the competence sys-tem of financial shared talents under current background of digitalization,finds out that the current financial shared service talents are faced with problems like imperfect professional knowledge integration ability,low vocational skills and operational ability,and poor judgement ability of professional ethics,etc.,and puts for-ward ideas to construct the competence system of financial shared service talents based on the construction and analysis of the requirements on the competence of financial sharing service talents under the background of digitalization.
