纳米TiO_(2)乳化沥青的制备与性质研究

摘要 选择合适的乳化剂及工艺制备乳化沥青,并研究纳米颗粒TiO_(2)对乳化沥青性能的影响。纳米TiO_(2)能够改善乳液体系稠度和黏度、降低法向力,提高SPG高温温度等级;在高掺量情况下会带来存储稳定性的劣化,并提高乳化沥青残留物的高温等级,在0%~3%掺量范围内,乳化沥青的SPG高温等级为70℃;在3%掺量后可以达到73℃。实际应用中为防止存储稳定性和破乳提前的现象,推荐纳米粉体掺量应小于2%。 Suitable emulsifier and technology were selected to prepare emulsified asphalt,and the effect of nano-TiO_(2)on the performance of emulsified asphalt was studied.Nano-TiO_(2)can improve the consistency and viscosity of emulsion system,reduce the normal force,and improve the SPG high temperature temperature grade.The high temperature grade of emulsified asphalt residue is improved.In the range of 0%~3%,the SPG high temperature grade of emulsified asphalt is 70℃,and it can reach 73℃after 3%.In practical application,in order to prevent the storage stability and demulsification in advance,it is recommended that the content of nano powder should be less than 2%.
