摘要
隧道工程是铁路客运专线建设中不可或缺的一部分,如何控制横向贯通误差,保证隧道的正确贯通成为隧道工程施工中的关键技术。本文通过比较洞内常用导线网和自由测站边角交会网的优缺点,从稳定性分析了自由测站边角交会网可代替常规导线网的可行性。分析了隧道洞内测量误差引起的横向贯通误差的近似计算公式,通过分析上述近似公式不足,推导出洞内平面控制测量误差带来的横向贯通误差的严密计算公式。对隧道洞内各种导线布设形式所引起的横向贯通误差进行了大量的仿真计算,分析了自由测站边角交会平面网测量误差所引起的横向贯通误差,通过比较仿真实验结果,给出了隧道长度不同,导线边长不同时的各种布设方法引起的横向贯通误差值。
Tunnel engineering is an indispensable part of the construction of railway passenger dedicated lines.How to control the lateral penetration error and ensure the correct penetration of the tunnel has become a key technology in the construction of tunnel engineering.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the common traverse network in the cave with the corner intersection network of free station,and analyzes the feasibility of the free station corner intersection network to replace the conventional traverse network from the perspective of stability.The approximate calculation formula of the lateral penetration error caused by the measurement error in the tunnel is analyzed,and the rigorous calculation formula of the lateral penetration error caused by the plane control measurement error in the tunnel is derived from the rigorous theory by analyzing the deficiencies of the above approximate formula.Finally,a large number of simulation calculations have been carried out on the lateral penetration errors caused by the various wire layout forms in the tunnel.At the same time,the lateral penetration errors caused by the measurement errors of the intersection of the corners of the free station and the plane network are analyzed.The simulation experiment results show that the lateral penetration error value caused by various laying methods when the tunnel length is different and the wire side length is different,for reference by related projects and units.
