摘要
目的:分析甘肃地区口腔黏膜疾病谱情况和分布特点,为本地区口腔黏膜病防治提供理论依据。方法:收集2016年1月-2019年12月就诊于兰州大学第二医院口腔内科门诊的口腔黏膜病患者临床资料,经过归类合并、去重筛选后对疾病病种、性别、年龄等分布特征进行分析。结果:9610例口腔黏膜病患者中,男女比例1:1.41;包括了多个民族。统计病种51种,发病占81.38%的前六位病种分别是复发性阿弗他溃疡(27.45%)、舌乳头炎(15.05%)、口腔扁平苔藓(14.58%)、唇炎(14.17%)、真菌感染(4.84%)、沟纹舌(4.72%)。发病年龄40-59岁年龄段最多,<20岁和≥70岁组最少。结论:甘肃地处高原,其口腔黏膜病疾病谱与全国其他地区不同,地区性疾病谱分析将对甘肃地区口腔黏膜疾病诊疗、预防及政策制定产生积极影响。
Objective:To analyze the spectrum and distribution characteristics of oral mucosal diseases in Gansu Province, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of oral mucosal diseases in this area.Methods:Collect the clinical data of all patients with oral mucosal disease who attended the Department of Oral Medicine, Lanzhou University Second Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019,and analysis the type of disease, gender, age, etc after classification and combination, de-duplication and screening.Results:Among 9610 patients with oral mucosal disease, most of them were female, and the ratio of male to female was 1:1.41.Including multiple nations.Statistics of 51 types of diseases, the first six types of diseases accounting for 81.38% are recurrent aphthous ulcer(27.45%),tongue papillitis(15.05%),oral lichen planus(14.58%),cheilitis(14.17%),fungal infection(4.84%),grooved tongue(4.72%).The age of onset was the most in the 40-59 years old group, and those younger than 20 years old and those older than 70 years old are least.Conclusion:Gansu is located on a plateau, and its oral mucosal disease spectrum is different from other parts of the country.The regional disease spectrum obtained in this study will have a positive impact on the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and policy formulation of oral mucosal diseases in Gansu Province.
