摘要
针对金纳米圆盘,提出一种新的阵列结构,并采用时域有限元方法研究了该结构的反射谱、电场分布及折射率传感特性。该结构的反射谱存在两个谷值,研究了其结构参数和周围环境介质对反射谱的影响及其折射率和吸附物厚度的变化响应特性,折射率灵敏度达到575 nm/RIU,品质因素(FOM)为191,表明该结构在环境折射率生物传感器方面具有潜在的应用前景。这为研究折射率生物传感器提供了理论指导。
Aiming at the gold nanodisk,a new array structure is proposed.The reflection spectrum,electric field distribution and refractive index sensing performance of the structure are studied by time-domain finite element method.The reflection spectrum of the structure has two valleys.The effects of structural parameters and surrounding media on the reflection spectrum and the response characteristics of refractive index and adsorbate thickness were studied,the refractive index sensitivity reaches 575 nm/RIU,and the figure of merit(FOM)is 191,indicating that the structure has potential application prospect in environmental refractive index biosensor.This provides theoretical guidance for the study of biosensors such as refractive index.
