二甲醚水蒸气重整反应器的工艺参数分析

摘要 用流体计算软件COMSOL建立含有瓦片式加热通道的二甲醚重整制氢反应器三维模型,并对模型进行稳态计算。修改重整条件来模拟反应特性,研究二甲醚水蒸气重整制氢反应器的性能。用数学模型研究反应温度和水醚物质的量比(水醚比)对重整反应的影响。当水醚比一定时,随着温度的升高(523~673 K),二甲醚的转化率和氢产率都得到提高,当水醚比为4、温度为673 K时,二甲醚转化率为53.86%,氢产率为53.22%;当温度一定时,适当增大水醚比,有利于改善重整器的制氢效率,提高二甲醚的转化率和氢产率。当水醚比为4、温度为623 K时,二甲醚转化率为52.30%,氢产率为51.40%。 The three-dimensional model of hydrogen production reactor by dimethyl ether reforming, with tile heating channel was established by using fluid calculation software COMSOL,the steady-state calculation of the model was carried out.Performance of dimethyl ether steam reforming reactor for hydrogen production was studied by modifying reforming conditions to simulate reaction characteristics.The influence of reaction temperature and molar ratio between water and ether(water-ether ratio) on reforming reaction was studied by mathematical model.When the water-ether ratio was constant, the conversion rate of dimethyl ether and hydrogen production rate were increased with the increase of temperature(523-673 K).When the water-ether ratio was 4 and the temperature was 673 K,the conversion rate of dimethyl ether was 53.86%,the hydrogen production rate was 53.22%.When the temperature was constant, appropriately increasing the molar water-ether ratio was conducive to improving the hydrogen production efficiency of the reformer, improving the conversion rate and hydrogen production rate of dimethyl ether.When the water-ether ratio was 4 and the temperature was 623 K,the conversion rate of dimethyl ether was 52.30%,the hydrogen production rate was 51.40%.
