摘要
当前我国正处在改革发展的关键时期,大多数企业都面临着激烈的市场竞争态势。化工企业要想提升核心竞争力,就必须认识到生产设备的重要价值。在企业生产实践中,化工机械设备的腐蚀会在一定程度上影响设备使用的稳定性和生产安全。通过查阅相关文献,结合工作实践,对化工机械设备腐蚀的主要类型及原因进行了分析阐述,提出了防腐设计及相关防腐措施。
China is currently in a key period of reform and development,and most enterprises are facing fierce market competition.Chemical enterprises that want to improve their core competitiveness must realize the importance of production equipment.In the production practice of enterprises,the corrosion of chemical machinery and equipment will affect the stability of equipment use and production safety to a certain extent.By referring to relevant literature and combining with our own work practice,this paper analyzes and expounds the main types and causes of corrosion of chemical machinery and equipment,and puts forward the anti-corrosion design and related anti-corrosion measures.
