摘要
为及时掌握高致病性禽流感免疫后的抗体水平,有效防止高致病性禽流感发生流行,张掖市动物卫生监督所对全市5县(区)每年春秋开展2次集中免疫后的抗体检测。2017—2019年,共检测免疫鸡血清4035份。其中H5亚型抗体合格3699份,平均合格率为91.67%;H7亚型抗体合格3607份,平均合格率为89.39%。2017—2019年,鸡H5抗体合格率分别为87.50%(840/960)、92.92%(1431/1540)、93.03%(1428/1535),H7抗体合格率分别为86.67%(832/960)、87.38%(1350/1540)、92.82%(1425/1535)。3年的免疫抗体平均合格率均达到了农业农村部规定≥70%的要求,有效防止高致病性禽流感疫情的发生。
In order to grasp the antibody level after immunization with highly pathogenic avian influenza in time,and effectively prevent the epidemic of highly pathogenic avian influenza,Zhangye Animal Health Supervision Institute conducts antibody testing after centralized immunization in 5 counties(districts)of the city every spring and autumn.From 2017 to 2019,a total of 4035 sera from immunized chickens were tested.Among them,3699 H5 subtype antibodies were qualified,with an average pass rate of 91.67%;3607 H7 subtype antibodies were qualified,with an average pass rate of 89.39%.From 2017 to 2019,the qualified rate of chicken H5 antibody was 87.50%(840/960),92.92%(1431/1540),93.03%(1428/1535),and the qualified rate of H7 antibody was 86.67%(832/960),87.38%(1350/1540),92.82%(1425/1535).The three-year average pass rate of immune antibodies has reached the requirement of≥70%stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,effectively preventing the occurrence of highly pathogenic avian influenza.
