摘要
基于冰铜的组成成分特点,在现有分析方法的基础上,对冰铜样品的前处理方法进行了改进,采用硝酸-氯酸钾溶解样品除硫,并氧化砷、锑等杂质,以乙酸-乙酸铵调节pH值,氟化氢铵掩蔽铁离子,一次完成测定,满足了碘量法快速测定冰铜中铜含量的要求。实验表明,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)在0.12%~0.30%,经过标准样品验证及其他分析方法比对,结果准确可靠,精密度和准确度均能满足检测要求。
According to the composition characteristics of matte,the pretreatment method of matte was improved on the basis of the existing analytical methods.The samples were dissolved by nitric acid and potassium chlorate for removing sulfur,oxidizing the impurities such as arsenic and antimony,and then pH value was adjusted by acetic acid and ammonium acetate,the iron ion was masked by ammonium hydrogen fluoride.Thus,the content of copper could be directly determined,which met the needs of the rapid determination of copper in matte by iodimetry.The experimental results showed that RSD(n=9)was 0.12%~0.30%.The method was verified by standard samples and compared with other analytical methods,and the precision and accuracy can meet the detection requirements.
