摘要
以硫酸介质为研究体系,采用极化曲线法和电化学交流阻抗法研究不同浓度的甘氨酸以及甘氨酸与不同浓度的碘化钾溶液复配后对碳钢的缓蚀性能。实验证明,甘氨酸在10%H 2SO 4溶液中对碳钢具有缓蚀性能,但是缓蚀效率仅为26.98%。而甘氨酸与碘化钾复配后,缓蚀能力明显提高,当甘氨酸的浓度为300 mg/L,碘化钾的浓度为350 mg/L时缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀效率达84.97%。甘氨酸与碘化钾复配后的缓蚀剂属于混合型缓蚀剂,在碳钢表面的吸附是自发进行的,满足El-Awady动力学模型,为多分子层吸附。
The corrosion inhibition performance of glycine to carbon steel was studied by polarization curve method,and the optimum corrosion inhibition concentration of glycine was determined by using sulfuric acid medium as the research system.The corrosion inhibition performance of different concentrations of glycine and glycine with different concentrations of potassium iodide solution on carbon steel was studied by polarization curve method and electrochemical impedance method.Experiments showed that glycine had corrosion inhibition performance to carbon steel in 10%H 2SO 4 solution,but the inhibition efficiency was only 26.98%.After the glycine compound with potassium iodide,inhibition was significantly improved,when the concentration of glycine was 300 mg/L,potassium iodide with concentration of 350 mg/L had the best corrosion inhibition efficiency of 84.97%.The corrosion inhibitor of glycine and potassium iodide was a kind of mixed corrosion inhibitor.The adsorption on the surface of carbon steel was spontaneous and satisfied El-Awady dynamic model,which was adsorbed by the molecular layer.
