某城市污水处理厂再生水回用方式探讨

摘要 污水处理厂出水再生利用不仅可以减轻水环境污染,同时也会产生巨大的经济效益和环境效益。本文以某污水处理厂为例,介绍了再生水在污水处理厂各工艺段的应用情况,重点分析了再生水中细小颗粒的存在对内进流格栅及脱水系统的影响。通过采用再生水过滤系统,过滤再生水中细小颗粒,防止喷嘴堵塞。该套系统具有投资成本低,运行维护方便,自动化程度高等优点,有效的保证生产系统的正常运行,节约了人工劳动强度。 Recycling the effluent of the sewage treatment plant can not only reduce water pollution, but also produce huge economic and environmental benefits. Taking a sewage treatment plant as an example, this paper introduces the application of reclaimed water in each process section of the sewage treatment plant, focusing on the analysis of the impact of the presence of fine particles in the reclaimed water on the internal inlet grid and dehydration system. By adopting the regenerated water filtration system, the fine particles in the regenerated water are filtered to prevent the nozzles from clogging. The system has the advantages of low investment cost, convenient operation and maintenance, and high degree of automation. It effectively guarantees the normal operation of the production system and saves labor intensity.
