药芯焊丝钢锈蚀影响因素分析与改善 被引量:1

摘要 为改善药芯焊丝钢在纵剪加工过程中易锈蚀的问题,研究了药芯焊丝钢表面元素富集和残留物量对钢板表面锈蚀影响以及第二相质点及延伸率对钢板截面锈蚀影响。结果表明,钢板表面Mn含量(指质量分数,下同)控制≤3.4%,Si含量富集降到≤0.7%,生产时焊丝钢冷轧后表面残铁含量控制到≤19.3 mg/m^(2),减少第二相质点,延伸率控制到≥42.5%,可以提高冷轧药芯焊丝钢耐蚀性。 In order to improve the corrosion of flux cored wire steel in slitting processing,the effects of element enrichment and residue content on the surface corrosion of flux cored wire steel were studied,and the effects of second phase particle and percentage elongation on the section corrosion of steel plate were studied.The results show that the corrosion resistance of cold-rolled flux cored wire steel can be improved by controlling Mn content to≤3.4%,decreasing Si to≤0.7%,keeping residual iron content of cold-rolled welding wire steel surface to≤19.3 mg/m^(2),reducing the second phase particles,controlling the percentage elongation to≥42.5%.
