摘要
目的:观察选择性激光小梁成形术(SLT)治疗高眼压症(OHT)和原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的疗效。方法:2017年8月-2020年8月收治行SLT的OHT和POAG患者81例(137眼),根据病情分为OHT组23例(39眼),早期POAG组31例(53眼),中期POAG组27例(45眼)。比较三组患者术后各时段眼压水平。结果:三组术后1 d、7 d、1个月、3个月、6个月眼压水平均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早期POAG组、中期POAG组术后1 d、7 d、1个月、3个月、6个月眼压水平高于OHT组,中期POAG组高于早期POAG组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SLT治疗OHT、POAG有效,但术后眼压控制效果与病程有关,病程越短效果越好。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of selective laser trabeculoplasty(SLT)in the treatment of ocular hypertension(OHT)and primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods:From August 2017 to August 2020,81 patients(137 eyes)with OHT and POAG who underwent SLT were selected.According to their condition,they were divided into the OHT group with 23 patients(39 eyes),the early POAG group with 31 patients(53 eyes),the mid-term POAG group with 27 cases(45 eyes)in each group.The intraocular pressure levels of the three groups of patients were compared at each postoperative period.Results:The intraocular pressure levels of the three groups at 1 d,7 d,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after operation were lower than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure levels of the early POAG group and the mid-term POAG group were higher than those of the OHT group at 1 d,7 d,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after the operation,and the mid-term POAG group was higher than the early POAG group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SLT is effective in the treatment of OHT and POAG,but the effect of postoperative intraocular pressure control is related to the course of the disease.The shorter the course,the better the effect.
