自适应巡航控制系统制动噪声问题分析与优化

摘要 在某款SUV车型设计开发末期,在使用自适应巡航功能功能过程中,偶发制动噪声,影响驾驶与乘坐体验,并具有发生概率大、音质扰人、减速平顺性差的问题,引发用户抱怨。对制动噪声发生场景、自适应巡航控制系统及制动系统的结构、工作原理、制动噪声传递路径进行了深入分析,运用特性要因分析、对标分析和用户驾驶行为大数据分析与评价方法,最终确定制动噪声产生的原因,对多个控制器进行策略优化,最终解决自适应巡航功能制动噪声问题。 At the end of the design and development of a SUV,in the process of using the Adaptive Cruise Control(ACC),the occasional braking noise affects the driving experiences,and has the problems of high probability,disturbing sound quality,poor deceleration smoothness,which is easy to cause users’complaints.In this paper,the scene of braking noise,the structure,working principle and transmission path of adaptive cruise system and brake system are deeply analyzed.By using various analysis and evaluation methods,such as characteristic factor analysis,benchmarking analysis and big data analysis of users’driving behavior,the causes of braking noise are finally determined,and the strategies of multiple controllers are optimized to get the final solution so as to solve the braking noise problem of adaptive cruise function.
