摘要
近年国家推进“教育援青”战略,是建设中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要步骤,是构建内地高校与西部高校共同发展的高教事业网络的创举,对此跨文化学可以有所作为。编纂西部高校教材正是这方面的探索实践。这套教材的撰写贯彻三个原则:一是服务于党和国家的十四五规划大局,辅助青海高原可持续社会建设;二是开拓内地重点高校与西部高校对口支援学科建设的新基建,实现优势教育资源共享;三是纳入双赢机制,建设青海多民族凝聚力教育事业发展的新个案,把握未来价值评估,满足西部高校师资队伍建设与人才培养的需求。
Supported by National Program for strengthening the construction of a multi-ethnic groups'higher education in the socialist higher education system within one country with Chinese characteristics in PRC in recent years,an initiative in the construction of a higher education network jointly carried by the Key University located in central part of P.R.China like Beijing Normal University,and the companion located in western region such as Qinghai Normal University as the Twinned Universities for developing the Higher Education.The discipline of Transcultural Studies can make contributions to this campaign since a major project about it has established cooperatively between the College of Transcultural Studies in Beijing Normal University.and Academy of Plateau Science and Sustainability at Qinghai Normal University.One of target of this major project is to write the textbook serious to meet the needs of those universities in western region as we mentioned above.The textbook series follows three principles:one is to serve the overall situation of the 14th Five-Year Plan of China and assist the sustainable social construction of Qinghai Plateau,explore the new infrastructure of key universities and western universities and realize superior educational resources sharing;third is to include the win-win mechanism to build the new case of multi-ethnic cohesion education in Qinghai,get the future value evaluation and meet the needs of faculty construction and talents'training in western region universities.
