摘要
将财务会计与管理会计进行有效的结合,是当前企业发展的关键性因素。将财务会计和管理会计进行合理的融合,能够更加有效地帮助企业稳步发展,同时也能减少人力资源的浪费,进一步提高企业的经济效益。基于此,文章以XX企业为研究案例,通过财务会计与管理会计的有效结合,分析企业运行过程中出现的问题,并提出有效的建议及措施。
The effective combination of financial accounting and management accounting is the key factor of the current development of enterprises.The reasonable integration of financial accounting and management accounting can more effectively help enterprises develop steadily,and also reduce the waste of human resources to further improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes XX enterprise as the case,through the effective combination of financial accounting and management accounting,analyzes the problems existing in the process of enterprise’s operation,and puts forward effective suggestions and measures.
