摘要
竹编是一个古老的产业,伴随着中华民族五千年文明进程。但是竹编产业一直处于手工、传统和小作坊式加工模式,缺少创新理念、工业化设计、现代化技术,以及集成化加工和智能化制造手段。与纺织工业、碳材料等行业相比,竹编制造技术有很大差距,需要弯道超车,快速借鉴、集成成熟技术,实现大规模、智能化生产。可以在传统工艺基础上,对竹材单元基本性质进行深入研究,开展仿真设计、开发计算机编程技术、研发自动化编制设备、实施集成与连续化制造方案,建立产品自动化、智能化生产模式,开拓竹编现代化产业发展新格局。文章阐述了中国竹编产业智能化的重要意义,分析了目前存在的问题,对加快竹编产业智能化转型提出了建议。
Bamboo weaving is an old industry,running through the 5000-year civilization of the Chinese nation.However,the bamboo weaving industry has been in the manual,traditional and small-workshop processing mode for a long time,lacking innovative ideas,industrial design,modern technology,integrated processing and intelligent manufacturing means.Compared with textile industry,carbon material industry and other industries,bamboo weaving faces a gap in manufacturing technology,and needs to overtake by learning and integrating the mature technologies of relevant industries,and achieve the large-scale and intelligent production.The bamboo weaving industry on the basis of traditional process,we can carry out simulation design,develop computer programming technology and automatic preparation equipment,implement integrated and continuous manufacturing scheme,establish automatic and intelligent production mode by conducting in-depth study of basic unit properties of bamboo timber,and explore a new development pattern of modern bamboo weaving industry.This paper expounds the significance for China to promote the intelligencization of bamboo weaving industry,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions on accelerating the intelligent transformation of bamboo weaving industry.
