摘要
目的:探讨中医特色疗法联合康复训练治疗膝关节骨折术后关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将符合相应标准的74例膝关节骨折术后关节功能障碍患者按随机数字表法分入观察组与对照组各37例,对照组给予基础的综合康复训练进行治疗,观察组除对照组治疗外给予患者中医特色疗法进行治疗;两组治疗均为30d。结果:在中医证候评分、SF-MPQ评分、Bostman评分、WOMAC评分、膝关节活动度、膝关节周径的比较上,两组与治疗前相比均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组的降低程度更为明显(P<0.05);在临床疗效(HHS评分结果)的比较上,在总有效与基本痊愈方面,观察组均要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医特色疗法联合康复训练治疗膝关节骨折术后关节功能障碍的临床应用疗效显著。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of joint dysfunction after knee fracture. Methods: The 74 patients with joint dysfunction that met the corresponding criteria were divided into an observation group and a controlled group by the random number table method. Each of the controlled group was given basic comprehensive rehabilitation training for treatment. Patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine therapy;both groups were treated for 30 days. Results: In comparison of TCM syndrome score, SF-MPQ score, Bostman score, WOMAC score, knee joint mobility, and knee circumference, the two groups had different degrees of reduction compared to before treatment(P<0.05 or P < 0.01),and the degree of reduction in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05);in comparison of the clinical efficacy of western medicine, the observation group was better than the controlled group in terms of overall effectiveness and basic recovery(P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with rehabilitation training for knee dysfunction after knee fracture has obvious clinical effect.
