摘要
目的:观察清解乳蛾方结合刺血法治疗急性扁桃体炎的效果。方法:选取2018年11月~2020年11月在我院接受治疗的90例急性扁桃体炎患者,辨证为外感风热证,随机数表法分为两组各45例,对照组使用常规西药治疗,试验组30例在对照组基础上联合清解乳蛾方和刺血法,对比两组治疗有效率、中医症状积分、炎症介质水平、体温恢复、咽痛和浓苔消失时间以及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组的治疗有效率为93.33%显著高于对照组的77.785%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5d,两组咽痛、喉核红肿和发热的中医主症积分均显著低于治疗前;试验组咽痛、喉核红肿和发热的中医主症积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组体温恢复时间、咽痛消失时间和浓苔消失时间显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5d,试验组血清白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEU%)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清解乳蛾方结合刺血法治疗急性扁桃体炎外感风热证患者,可改善炎症介质水平和中医症状积分,治疗效果更佳。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Qingjie Ru'e Recipe combined with pricking blood therapy foRacute tonsillitis.Methods:Ninety patients with acute tonsillitis of wind-heat common cold treated in the hospital from NovembeR2018 to NovembeR2020 were enrolled.According to random numbeRtable method,they were divided into a controlled group(routine western medicine)and an experimental group(Qingjie Ru'e Recipe combined with pricking blood therapy on the basis of the controlled group),45 cases in each group.The response rate of treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,levels of inflammatory mediators,recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of sore throat and thick sputum,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The response rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higheRthan that in the controlled group(93.33%vs 77.785%)(P<0.05).AfteR5d of treatment,scores of TCM syndromes such as sore throat,larynx nucleus swelling and feveRin both groups were significantly loweRthan before treatment,which were significantly loweRin the experimental group than the controlled group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,disappearance time of sore throat and thick sputum in the experimental group were significantly shorteRthan those in the controlled group(P<0.05).AfteR5d of treatment,levels of serum white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEU%)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the experimental group were significantly loweRthan those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingjie Ru'e Recipe combined with pricking blood therapy can improve levels of inflammatory mediators and scores of TCM symptoms in patients with acute tonsillitis of wind-heat common cold,with betteRcurative effect.
