摘要
对太阳电池在不同光谱下转换效率的差异进行分析,建立不同光谱下电性能的换算方法,对公开报道的3种类型的太阳电池的电性能进行换算,并和实测数据进行对比。研究表明,对于各种类型的太阳电池在不同光谱条件下其电性能均可通过特定的系数进行换算,2种典型的单结太阳电池的计算结果和实测数据之间的偏差最大不超过1.2%。
The efficiencies of solar cells at different solar spectra are analyzed,and the conversion method for the electrical performance of solar cell at different spectra is proposed.Compared calculation results of three solar cells with the measured results,it shows that the electrical performance of various solar cells under different spectral conditions can be converted by a specific coefficient,and the deviations between the calculated results and the measured results of two typical single-junction solar cells are less than 1.2%.
