摘要
为解决装配式剪力墙结构现存问题,研发了装配式纵肋叠合剪力墙结构体系。该体系采用竖向钢筋空腔内搭接连接、空腔减重大尺寸墙板、三明治外墙板等技术,具有免套筒连接、安装便捷,低成本等特点,通过试验研究、工艺优化和设备开发,形成了一体化建造技术。本文介绍了该体系概念及特点,论述了主要技术内容,包括墙板构造及标准化设计、力学性能试验及设计方法、自动化生产设备及生产工艺、高效安装机具及施工工艺,并介绍了该体系的工程应用及标准编制情况,以期规模化推广应用,为装配式建筑体系技术升级提供参考。
The monolithic precast superimposed concrete shear wall structure with rib has been developed to solve the present problems of precast concrete shear wall structures.The new structure has the advantages of no sleeve grouting connection,quick measurement and low cost,adopting the new technologies of vertical reinforcement lapping in the hollow,large size precast wall panel with hollow and sandwich precast exterior wall panel.The integrated construction technology of new structure has been formed based on experimental research,technical optimization and equipment development.First,the concepts and characteristics of this shear wall structure are introduced in this paper.Then,the main technologies are discussed,including standardize design and construction of panel,mechanical experiments and design method of concrete shear wall and its connection,automatic production equipment and technology of panel,efficient installation tools and construction process of shear wall structure.Finally,the engineering application and standard making of this structure are presented to promote the large-scale application of the new structure and technology upgrading of prefabricated building.
