Design of long span space structure of a high-speed railway station

摘要 徐州东站扩建项目使用功能主要为侧式站房和高架候车室,整体结构由下部钢筋混凝土框架及上部大跨度钢屋盖组成,钢屋盖平面投影尺寸为191m×227m。高架候车区钢屋盖跨度75m采用倒三角钢桁架,侧式站房入口处钢屋盖跨度112m、两侧悬挑31m,采用W形钢桁架结构。为保证主桁架的稳定及增加整体屋盖刚度,屋盖设置了Y向倒三角次桁架及刚性屋面支撑;上部大跨度钢屋盖分别支撑于高架候车室钢管混凝土柱顶、侧式站房钢管混凝土柱顶、通高幕墙柱顶及入口处通高4根空间桁架柱顶,各类柱抗侧刚度差异较大,本工程通过局部设置滑动支座进行了整体抗侧刚度的调平;入口通高空间桁架柱也作为关键构件进行重点分析设计;本工程整体结构超长,温度对钢屋盖、支座及竖向构件将产生不利影响,本文对其进行了分析论述。 The main functions of Xuzhou East Station extension project are side station house and elevated waiting room. The overall structure is composed of the lower reinforced concrete frame and the upper long-span steel roof.The projected size of the steel roof plane is 191 m×227 m.Inverted triangle steel truss is adopted for the span of 75 m for the elevated waiting area steel roof,and W steel truss structure is adopted for the steel roof at the entrance of the side station with a span of 112 m and a cantilever of 31 m on both sides. In order to ensure the stability of the main truss and increase the stiffness of the overall roof,Y-inverted triangular secondary truss and rigid roof support are set up in the roof.The upper large-span steel roof is respectively supported on the top of concrete filled steel tube column in the elevated waiting room,the top of concrete filled steel tube column in the side station room,the top of the full-height curtain wall column and the top of four space truss columns in the entrance height. The lateral stiffness of all kinds of columns varies greatly. In this project,the overall lateral stiffness is leveled by locally setting sliding supports.The space truss column of entrance height is also analyzed and designed as a key member. The whole structure of this project is excessively long,the adverse effects of temperature on steel roof,bearing and vertical components are analyzed and discussed.
