摘要
民办高校是我国高等教育重要的组成部分,如何更好地利用实验室、发挥其功能,是培养学生实践能力的关键一环。本研究以广州T学院为例,以当前实验室的利用状况为研究基础,结合民办高校实验建设和管理的特点,从实验室规划与立项管理、信息化建设、资源整合以及人员结构四方面提出对策与建议,以完善民办高校实验室的利用,促进民办高校办学的可持续发展。
Private colleges and universities are an important part of my country’s higher education.How to make better use of laboratories and exert their functions is a key part of cultivating students’practical ability.This paper takes Guangzhou T University as an example,based on the current laboratory utilization,combined with the characteristics of experimental construction and management in private universities,and put forward four aspects from laboratory planning and project management,information construction,resource integration and personnel structure.Countermeasures and suggestions to improve the use of laboratories in private universities and promote the sustainable development of private universities.
