摘要
设计了一款E波段高增益天线,该天线由基片集成波导缝隙天线和透射阵组成。为实现足够的相位补偿范围,设计了多种贴片结构单元。该透射阵共有289个单元,口径尺寸为33.065 mm×33.065 mm,该天线的焦径比为0.45。实测结果表明,加载透射阵后,SIW缝隙天线的增益提高了14.63 dB,在74.23 GHz增益达到23.28 dBi,口径效率为24.23%,3 dB增益带宽为10.83%。
A high gain antenna operating at E-band is proposed in this paper.The antenna is formed by a substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)slot antenna and a transmitarray(TA).To achieve large phase compensation,several types of element structure are designed for different phase shifting.The TA is composed of 289 units with a size of 33.065 mm×33.065 mm.The focus-to-diameter ratio(F/D)of the transmitarray antenna is 0.45.The measurement results show that the TA effectively increases the gain by 14.63 dB,and the proposed antenna has a 23.28 dBi maximum gain at 74.23 GHz.In addition,the proposed design achieves a 10.83%3 dB gain bandwidth and 24.23%peak aperture efficiency.
