摘要
磁性纳米颗粒除了具有大比表面积和亲水性等特点外,还具有良好的超顺磁性及磁导向性等磁学性能,可赋予分离膜磁性,在分离膜制备与改性中有巨大的应用潜力。总结了近年来磁性纳米颗粒在气体分离膜、超滤膜和纳滤膜等膜材料制备与改性中的应用现状,将磁性纳米颗粒引入膜体能够调控膜的微结构,提升膜的亲水性、分离性能及抗污染能力等性能,未来的主要研究方向是合成高稳定性、易分散及表面功能化的磁性纳米颗粒,充分利用其磁学性能进一步调控膜的微结构和分离性能,拓宽膜的应用范围。
Magnetic nanoparticles have good superparamagnetism and magnetic target in addition to high specific surface area and hydrophilicity,which makes separation membrane magnetic.Thus magnetic nanoparticles have great application potential in the preparation and modification of separation membrane.Therefore,the applications of magnetic nanoparticles in the preparation and modification of membrane such as gas separation membrane,ultrafiltration membrane and nanofiltration membrane were summarized.The addition of magnetic nanoparticles can regulate the membrane microstructure,and improved the membrane’s hydrophilicity,separation performance and anti-fouling ability.The main research direction in the future was to synthesize magnetic nanoparticles with high stability,easy dispersion and surface functionalization,so as to further controlled the microstructure and separation performance of the membrane by making full use of their magnetic properties,and the application range of the membranes could be expanded.
