摘要
氧量变送器应用于工业现场氧含量转换及输出,为了增强其抗干扰性能,从硬件方面,加入输入滤波和输出隔离器,更换易造成死机故障的电路模块以及增加看门狗电路;软件方面加入输入信号滤波设计。硬件和软件改进措施实施后,氧量变送器抗干扰性能提高,系统稳定性增强。
The oxygen transmitter is applied to the conversion and output of oxygen in industrial field.In order to enhance its anti-interference performance,input filter and output isolator are added to the hardware,the circuit module which is easy to cause breakdown of the machine is replaced,and the watchdog circuit is added.The input signal filter design is added to the software.After the implementation of hardware and software improvement measures,the anti-interference performance of oxygen transmitter is improved,and the system stability is enhanced.
