摘要
为提高便携式原油含水分析仪结果的准确性,通过蒸馏法与便携法对比试验,全面分析了便携法的各项实验影响因素。结果表明:样品的状态、温度、化学药剂、样品深度及矿化度对测定结果的准确性均有较大影响;而气体影响较小。由此可见,用便携法测定含水率时,样品必须进行前处理,不同区域样品,考虑矿化度的影响,仪器需重新标定。
In order to improve the accuracy of the instrument,the effect factors are analyzed by comparing distillation method with portable method.The results show that the state of sample,temperature,chemical agent,depth and salinity of samples have great effect accuracy,while gas has little effect on the results.It can be seen that the sample must be pretreated when this method is used to determine the moisture content,and for samples from different areas,the influence of salinity needs to be considered,the instrument needs to be recalibrated.
