摘要
利用多流路柱切色谱技术实现焦炉气全组分气体分析,对该技术进行了研究和应用介绍。对在实际应用中遇到的一些问题进行了分析和改进,并通过实验,证明该方法不仅完全可以实现气化炉全组分气体分析,该方法还具有分析方法简单、分析效率高、分析数据准确、色谱柱使用周期长等优点。
In this paper,the research and application of this technology are introduced,and some problems encountered in practical applications are analyzed and improved.Through experiments,it is proved that this method can realize the analysis of gasification furnace full-component gas.Meanwhile,this method has the advantages of simple analysis,high efficiency,high accuracy,and service life of the chromatographic column is long.
