摘要
近年来,我国社会经济及人均生活水平得到大幅度提升,使国内私家车保有量呈逐年递增的趋势,但同时也逐渐暴露出一系列城市“停车难”的问题。并且,车辆停放需要占有大量城市土地资源,如果停车场设计规划缺乏合理性,这会浪费大量的土地资源。而机械式立体车库的出现,成为了解决“停车难”问题的一项有力举措。因此,本文以机械式立体车库的研究现状为切入点,在分析机械式立体车库的特点及应用种类的基础上,对机械式立体车库发展趋势进行展望总结,希望以此为机械式立体车库应用价值的提升提供有效价值建议。
In recent years,China's socioeconomic and per capita living standards have been greatly improved,so that the number of domestic private car has been increasing year by year,but also gradually exposed a series of urban"parking difficult"problem.And,the parking needs to occupy a large number of urban land resources,if the parking lot design and planning is not reasonable,this will waste a large number of land resources.And the emergence of mechanical three-dimensional Garage,has become a solution to the"parking difficult"problem of a strong measure.Therefore,based on the analysis of the characteristics and application types of the mechanical three-dimensional garage,this paper summarizes the development trend of the mechanical three-dimensional garage,it is hoped to provide effective value suggestions for the application value promotion of the mechanical three-dimensional garage.
