摘要
汽车发动机的可靠性和故障率直接影响着行车体验,适时地进行发动机机械系统故障诊断分析可以有效地提升其可靠性、降低其故障率。以事实经验为基础进行的诊断分析方式,往往在定位故障问题的精确度,以及对故障的维修度上有所欠缺。基于此,本文进行汽车发动机机械系统故障的诊断分析。首先概述汽车发动机机械系统故障诊断分析的基本流程以及方法,其次根据发动机机械故障的损伤类型,并提出相应的故障诊断以及故障维修的策略。
The reliability and failure rate of automobile engines directly affect the driving experience,and timely diagnosis and analysis of engine mechanical system failures can effectively improve its reliability and reduce its failure rate.Diagnosis and analysis methods based on facts and experience often lack the accuracy of locating faults and the degree of maintenance of faults.Based on this,this paper conducts the diagnosis and analysis of the automobile engine mechanical system failure.Firstly,it summarizes the basic process and methods of failure diagnosis and analysis of automobile engine mechanical system.Secondly,according to the damage type of engine mechanical failure,the corresponding failure diagnosis and failure maintenance strategies are proposed.
