摘要
目前,工程机械设计过程中使用的安全系数过高,使得工程机械本身体积庞大,运输不便。在超大型、重型工业机械的背景下,工业机械的轻量化设计对工程设计的发展有着积极的影响。轻量化技术是轻量化设计、轻量化材料和轻量化制造技术的综合应用。在产品设计过程中,要注意产品设计的轻量化要求。轻量化技术是一种系统技术。轻量化设计的最终目标是优化产品重量、性能和成本。
