Research on Reasonable Spacing of Small Spacing Deep-Buried Chamber Based on Continuous-Discrete Coupled Method

摘要 硐间距的大小对于小间距深埋硐室的稳定性至关重要。基于连续-离散耦合方法,依托华东某铁矿实际工程,通过分析小间距相邻硐室开挖所产生的影响,确定合理的硐间距。结果表明:硐间距小于0.67倍硐宽时,中间岩柱发生以拉伸破坏为主的拉剪破坏,造成硐室失稳;硐室间距大于等于0.67倍硐宽时,开挖产生的变形量和围岩损伤程度均处于安全范围内,即4 m以上的硐室间距便能保证硐室及岩柱的稳定,这与现场实际相符。研究成果对深埋矿山工程的灾害预防具有一定的指导意义。 The size of the chamber spacing is very important for the stability of the small spacing deep-buried chamber.Based on the continuous-discrete coupled method and relying on the practical project of iron mine in East China,the reasonable spacing was determined by analyzing the influence of excavation of adjacent chambers with small spacing.The results show that,when the chamber spacing is less than 0.67 times of the chamber width,tension-shear failure primarily based on tension failure occurs in the middle rock pillar,resulting in the instability of the chamber.When the chamber spacing is greater than or equal to 0.67 times of the chamber width,the deformation and the damage degree of the surrounding rock produced by the excavation are within the safe range,that is,the chamber spacing above 4 m can ensure the stability of the chamber and the rock pillar.The result is consistent with the actual situation on site and has a certain guiding significance for disaster prevention of deep-buried mine engineering.
