摘要
通过程序升温脱附联合质谱仪(TPD-MS)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等分析手段,研究了脱气温度对镍基高温合金FGH96粉末脱气行为的影响。结果表明:随着加热温度升高,在氦气吹扫的实验条件下,粉末表面发生了氢气(H2)、水(H_(2)O)、一氧化碳(CO)以及二氧化碳(CO_(2))的脱附,氢气和一氧化碳的脱附主要发生在保温阶段,水和二氧化碳的脱附主要出现在升温阶段。在脱气过程中,粉末表面存在的TiO_(2)、Cr_(2)O_(3)以及Nb2O5等氧化物基本不发生分解脱氧,而Ni(OH)2等氢氧化物发生水解脱氧,生成Ni单质。脱气温度对FGH96高温合金粉末脱气行为影响显著,对本研究所用的FGH96高温合金粉末氦气吹扫时间少于1 h时,建议脱气温度为350~450℃。
The degassing behavior of nickel-base superalloy FGH96 powder was studied by means of temperature programmed desorption mass spectrometry(TPD-MS),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that under the condition of helium purging,the desorption of hydrogen(H_(2)),water(H_(2)O),carbon monoxide(CO)and carbon dioxide(CO_(2))occurres on the surface of the powder with the increase of degassing temperature.The desorption of hydrogen and carbon monoxide mainly occurres in the heat preservation stage,and the desorption of water and carbon dioxide mainly occurres in the heating stage.During the degassing process,oxides such as TiO_(2),Cr_(2)O_(3),and Nb_(2)O_(5) on the powder surface do not decompose and deoxidize,while hydroxides such as Ni(OH)_(2) are hydrolyzed and deoxidized to generate Ni element.The effect of temperature on degassing behavior of the FGH96 superalloy powder is significant.For the FGH96 superalloy powder used in this study,the degassing temperature is recommended to be 350-450℃ within 1 h under helium purging conditions.
