摘要
目的了解绵阳市毒蘑菇中毒事件流行病学特征,为制定预防毒蘑菇中毒事件措施提供依据。方法对2010—2019年"国家食源性疾病事件监测系统"中绵阳市上报的毒蘑菇中毒事件进行描述分析。结果 2010—2019年绵阳市共报告毒蘑菇中毒事件128起,发病416例,死亡4例。报告事件数、发病人数和死亡人数分别占同期食源性疾病的43.84%(128/292)、25.90%(416/1 606)和57.14%(4/7);报告事件数从2015年起呈波动上升趋势,2019年报告事件数最多,占事件数的35.94%(46/128);蘑菇中毒事件集中在第三季度发生,中毒事件起数、发病人数和死亡人数分别占91.41%(117/128)、89.42%(372/416)和75.00%(3/4);报告事件数最多的地区为安州区和江油市;家庭是毒蘑菇中毒事件发生的主要场所,占事件数的94.53%(121/128);农村毒蘑菇中毒事件发生率高于城市;误采误食是毒蘑菇中毒的主要原因。结论毒蘑菇中毒事件及引起的死亡是造成2010—2019年绵阳市食源性疾病事件发生和死亡的主要原因,绵阳市应尽快开展毒蘑菇的采集及鉴定,掌握绵阳市毒蘑菇的品种及毒性,并有针对性地开展蘑菇中毒相关健康教育宣传,提高公众的自我保护能力,减少蘑菇中毒事件的发生。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of poisonous mushroom poisoning incidents in Mianyang City from 2010-2019,provide a basis for formulating measures to prevent poisonous mushroom poisoning incidents. Methods The poisonous mushroom poisoning incidents reported in Mianyang City from 2010-2019 in the "National Foodborne Disease Incident Monitoring System" were analyzed descriptively. Results From 2010-2019,a total of 128 poisonous mushroom poisoning incidents were reported in Mianyang City,with 416 patients and 4 deaths. The number of reported incidents,patients and the deaths accounted for 43.84%(128/292),25.90%(416/1 606) and 57.14%(4/7) of the foodborne diseases in the same period respectively.The number of reported incidents has fluctuated and increased since 2015. In 2019,the number of reported incidents was the largest,accounting for 35.94%(46/128) of the number of incidents. Mushroom poisoning incidents occurred mainly in the third quarter,and the number of poisoning incidents,patients and deaths accounted for 91.41%(117/128),89.42%(372/416) and75.00%(3/4),respectively. The areas with the largest number of reported incidents were Anzhou District and Jiangyou City. The main place where poisonous mushroom poisoning incidents occurred was the family,accounted for 94.53%(121/128) of the number of incidents. The incidence of poisoning by poisonous mushrooms in rural areas was higher than that in cities. The accidental picking and eating was the main cause of poisoning by poisonous mushrooms. Conclusion Poisonous mushroom poisoning incidents and the deaths caused by them are the main causes of food-borne disease incidents and deaths in Mianyang City from 2010-2019. It is necessary to start the collection and identification of poisonous mushrooms as soon as possible,understand the species and toxicity of poisonous mushrooms in Mianyang City,and carry out targeted health education and publicity,to achieve the purpose of improving the self-protection ability of the public and reducing the occ
