摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,我国已经进入了高质量发展阶段,在时代大变革背景下,高校党建工作也面临新的机遇与挑战。文章从民办高校党建立体化管理模式构建的重要意义入手,深入分析目前在党建管理方面存在的问题,并针对性提出解决对策,以期为民办高校党建管理提供创新发展思路。
Under the background of great changes of the times,the party-building work in colleges and universities is also facing new opportunities and challenges.Starting from the significance of the construction of the three-dimensional-management mode of the party-building,this paper deeply analysis the problems in the management of the party-building in private colleges,and put forward corresponding solutions.
