摘要
为了明确不同苜蓿品种对三种叶部病害的抗病性差异,及三种主要苜蓿叶部病害间发病的相关性,试验以21个苜蓿品种为研究对象,田间调查其褐斑病、小光壳叶斑病及锈病的发病率和病情指数,并对三种叶部病害进行相关性分析,利用三种病害病情指数拟合不同品种抗病性隶属函数值,用以评价不同苜蓿品种综合抗病性。结果表明:不同苜蓿品种对三种叶部病害的发病率和病情指数差异明显。小光壳叶斑病与褐斑病发病率、病情指数分别呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为-0.400,-0.565。在所调查苜蓿田中,小光壳叶斑病发病程度最重,品种间发病率平均值为75.71%,病情指数为24.76,均显著高于锈病(P<0.05)。驯鹿的综合抗病性最强,隶属函数值为0.941;草原3号抗病性最弱,隶属函数值为0.308。说明在田间调查中,小光壳叶斑病危害程度较大,应较早有针对性地降低其对苜蓿生长的影响,同时驯鹿抗病性最强,值得推广种植,提高苜蓿产量。
In order to clarify the difference of disease resistance to three leaf diseases in different alfalfa varieties and the correlation among the three main alfalfa leaf diseases,21 alfalfa varieties were taken as materials to investigate the incidence and disease index of common leaf spot,leptosphaerulina leaf spot and rust,at the same time,the correlation of three leaf diseases was analyzed,and the disease resistance of different alfalfa varieties was used to fit the membership function values of the disease resistance of different varieties to evaluate the comprehensive disease resistance of different varieties.The results showed that there were significant differences in the incidence and disease index of different leaf diseases among different alfalfa varieties.The incidence rate and the disease index of leptosphaerulina leaf spot were extremely significantly negative correlated with common leaf spot(P<0.01),correlation coefficients were-0.400 and-0.565,respectively.In the investigated alfalfa field,the most serious disease was leptosphaerulina leaf spot with the average incidence of 75.71%and the disease index of 24.76,which was significantly higher than that of rust(P<0.05).The comprehensive resistance of Caribou was the strongest,the membership function value was 0.941.Caoyuan No.3 had the weakest disease resistance and its membership function value was 0.308.The results indicated that the damage degree of leptosphaerulina leaf spot was greater in field investigation,and the influence on alfalfa growth should be reduced earlier and targeted.Meanwhile,the disease resistance of Caribou was the strongest,and it deserves to be promoted,which will help increase alfalfa yield.
