一类轴手性噁唑啉-铂卡宾络合物的合成

Synthesis of Axially Chiral Oxazoline Carbene Complexes of Platinum

摘要 以噁唑啉和苄溴为原料,合成了一种卡宾前体盐中间化合物。该前体盐与Pt(COD)Cl2在乙腈中回流反应,合成了一种具有轴手性的噁唑啉-铂卡宾络合物,其结构经^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR和X-ray表征。结果表明:反应只能得到(aS,S)构型的轴手性噁唑啉-铂卡宾络合物。 A type of carbene precursors was synthesized from the reaction of oxazoline with benzyl bromide.These intermediates were used to coordinated with Pt(COD)Cl2 in refluxed acetonitrile to afford a type of axially chiral oxazoline-carbene platinum(II)complexes.The structures were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and X-ray.Moreover,we found only(aS,S)type of axially chiral oxazoline carbene complexes of platinum are available.
