摘要
2021年是中国共产党成立100周年,也是开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的第一年。高校学生党支部作为党在高校最基层的组织,在学校学生群体中发挥着战斗堡垒的重要作用。当前,我国高校学生党支部建设还存在问题。在全面从严治党的背景下,加强高校学生党支部建设是学生党员培育工作的重点和难点,也是高校推动落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择。高校必须要以全面从严治党为总原则和总要求,立足高校学生党支部建设的现状,坚持教育内容具体化,筑牢思想之基;管理手段现代化,强化组织之根;学习形式多样化,坚守立足之本;品牌创建科学化,发挥育人之能等有效路径。
2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC).It is also the first year of implementing the 14th Five-Year Plan and embarking on a new journey to build a modem socialist country in all respects.Whether we can make good progress in comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline will determine the success of the start of this new phase.As the most basic organization of the Party in colleges and universities,the student party branch plays an important role in the battle fortress among the students.At present,there are still problems in the construction of university student party branches.Under the background of comprehensively enforcing strict party governance,strengthening the construction of student party branches in colleges and universities is the key and difficult point of cultivating student party members,as well as the inevitable choice for colleges and universities to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating students by virtue.Colleges and universities must take comprehensive and strict party governance as the general principle and general requirement,base on the current situation of party branch construction of college students,adhere to the concrete content of education,and build a solid ideological foundation;modernize the management means,strengthen the roots of the organization;diversify the learning forms,stick to the foothold;make the brand creation scientific,and give full play to the ability of education and other effective ways.
