摘要
国防和工业现代化建设的发展对无损检测技术的需求越来越高,激光超声技术(laser ultrasonic technology,简称LUT)作为一种完全非接触式无损检测技术(nondestructive testing,简称NDT),可以在高温、高压、辐射等环境中对复杂结构件进行原位检测与监测。首先,介绍了超声的激光检测技术及LUT的优势;其次,举例说明激光超声无损检测技术(LUT&NDT)在工业中的具体应用案例以及存在的一些问题,并给出解决途径;然后,对超声信号的处理方法进行阐述;最后,对LUT&NDT在先进制造中的应用前景进行了讨论与展望。
With the development of national defense and industrial modernization,there is an increasing demand for nondestructive testing technology.As a completely non-contact nondestructive testing technology(NDT),laser ultrasonic technology(LUT)can be used for in-situ testing and monitoring of complex structural parts in the environment of high temperature,high pressure,and radiation.In this paper,firstly,we introduce the laser detection technology of ultrasound.Secondly,the advantages of LUT are shown.Then the application cases of laser ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology(LUT&NDT)in industry and some existing problems are illustrated with examples,and we also give the solutions.Then the processing method of ultrasonic signal is expounded.Finally,we discuss and prospect the application prospect of LUT&NDT in advanced manufacturing.
