摘要
新冠疫情期间,内蒙古高校毕业生就业存在经济发展增速降缓导致岗位供应不足、高校人才培养模式滞后、高校毕业生就业价值观念保守等问题。应采取多措并举援企稳岗,尽早启动政策性岗位招录工作,加大就业岗位开发力度等措施。
Based on the current employment situation,the paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the employment of college graduates in Inner Mongolia.Some problems have been found,such as the shortage of posts due to the slowdown of economic development,the talent training modes of colleges and universities lagging behind,and the conservative employment concepts of college graduates,etc.Measures should be taken to help enterprises stabilize their posts,the recruitment of policy posts should start as soon as possible,and the development of employment positions should be strengthened.
