摘要
刘塘坊铁矿3号矿体下部脉外巷道埋深500 m以上,采场回采过程中,巷道围岩发生不同程度剥落破坏。现场开展工程地质调查与分析,采用RMR岩体质量分类法得出了岩体质量分级。基于矿岩岩样抗压强度试验的物理力学特性指标,应用Hoek-Brown准则计算出工程岩体力学参数。通过数值分析揭示了脉外巷道围岩发生剥落破坏机制,提出巷道围岩补强支护措施。经实践验证,围岩剥落破坏得到了有效的控制。
Outer tunnel of lower plate of Litangfang Iron Ore 3#Ore Body has been deeply buried by as depth as 500m or below,in the course of backstopping in the stope,peeling-off and damages at different degree has been occurred in the tunnel surrounding rock.Geological investigation and analysis has been conducted at site,and by adopting RMR rock mass quality classification,rock mass quality classification has been obtained.Based on the physical and mechanical feature index with mineral rock sample strength test,mechanical parameters of engineering rock mass has been calculated by application of Hoek-Brown criterion.And through data analysis,mechanism of peeling-off and damages of surrounding rock outside the tunnel has been revealed,and proposed supporting measures for rock reinforcement in the tunnel.Through practical verification,peeling-off and damages to the surrounding rock has been effectively controlled.
