LPIBR与APAO混掺功能再生剂的试验研究

摘要 针对老化沥青循环再利用问题,文章基于沥青基本结构与组分及沥青老化机理,通过LPIBR和APAO树脂混掺添加的方式来改善SZS型再生剂的性能,以矿料筛分过后的类别进行分别计算,然后进行比例分配,这些筛分后的类别会根据具体的实验需求在进行重新组合,测量沥青用量的方法是马歇尔法,通过这种测量方法测试出的沥青在进行多项实验,结果表明:再生剂最佳掺量为6.8%,功能原材料最佳掺配比例为LPIBR∶APAO=3∶2。 Based on the basic structure and composition of the asphalt and the aging mechanism of the asphalt,the properties of the SZS type regenerant are improved by the combination of the LPIBR and the APAO resin.The grading composition of the AC-13 asphalt mixture required for the test is synthesized,the optimum asphalt content of the different asphalt mixture is determined according to the Marshall method,the rutting test,the soaking Marshall test,the low-temperature bending test and the four-point bending fatigue life test are carried out on the asphalt mixture with the best asphalt content,The results show that the optimum mixing ratio of the regenerative agent is 6.8%,the optimum blending ratio of the functional raw materials is LPIBR∶APAO=3∶2.
